“Mandeep Sahi is a favored builder by Glen Oaks Corporation and so he was highly recommended to handle our basement and deck project.
This work was billed at $72,000 and ran for about a year. Mandeep supervised a team which did carpentry, plumbing, masonry, sewerage, electrical fixtures, washer and dryer installation and bathroom work. His supervision and communication with his team was flawless.
Having seen Mandeep’s performance, I was impressed by his work ethic, dedication, and skill in this work that he did for us. His breath of knowledge in all the different facets of the project makes him highly recommended for this type of work.
Moreover, Mandeep was always willing to go the extra mile whenever the opportunity presented itself. He would often accompany us (my wife and me) to the stores to select items for our project. This was never part of the contract.

“CUSTOMBUILT HOMES INC. started building a dormer for me in November of 2022. The process of the demolition and building of the structure was impeccable. The guys were very careful in every aspect of the job. So much so that I was able to remain in my home during this process.
Mandeep’s leadership and supervision over his guys go unmatched. If there was a problem at any time, Mandeep addressed it and corrected it immediately.
CUSTOMBUILT HOMES INC. also gutted and reconstructed my entire kitchen and extended his services to my living room area. They removed all the old flooring I had and laid a new floor from the ceiling of the downstairs apartments ceiling. The work is impeccable so much so that Glen Oaks Village Management wants to feature my property in the Newsletter.
